Payment Policy

At Desensites, we offer two payment options for our services:

Please note that if the full amount is paid upfront or the 50% upfront is paid, and the project begins, no refunds will be issued after 7 hours of payment, as we will have already started the planning, design, and development process.

Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel the project within the first 7 hours of making the payment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that no work has been started. After the 7-hour mark, you will not be eligible for a refund, as we will have begun the planning and design process for your website.

For customers who have paid the 50% upfront, the refund policy applies to the first 50%. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and is non-refundable once the project is finished.

Late Payment & Penalty

If the client does not pay the remaining 50% after the website is completed, a late fee of €300 will be applied. This late fee will be added to the outstanding balance, and the client may pay the full amount at any time. Further penalties may apply if payment delays continue.

Completion & Deadlines

If you have paid the full amount upfront, Desensites guarantees to complete your website within the timeline specified in the service package you selected. If we do not meet the deadline, a €300 compensation will be paid to you in addition to delivering the completed website.
